REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: June 30, 2025
At Bolts and Bullets, we take pride in the quality, performance, and craftsmanship of every product we deliver. Your satisfaction matters to us—but due to the nature of our products and strict compliance with federal regulations, all sales are final.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
While we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, we will consider returns or replacements in the following cases:
-
Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier and either replace the item or issue store credit, at our discretion.
-
Manufacturer Defect: If your item has a proven manufacturer defect within 30 days of delivery, we will review the case for a potential replacement or repair. This does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
-
Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent you the wrong item (whoops, our bad), contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right—fast and at no cost to you.
No Refunds For:
-
Customer remorse or change of mind
-
Orders with incorrect customer-submitted information
-
Custom-built or engraved firearms and accessories
-
Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or storage

Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
-
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
